Orissa State Legal Services Authority is the Statutory Body under a Central Legislation called "Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987". Hon'ble Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of India is the Patron-in-Chief of the National Legal Services Authority and the Sr. Judge of the Supreme Court India is the Executive Chairman of the National Legal Services Authority. Hon'ble Chief Justice of High Court of Orissa is the patron-in-Chief of the Orissa Legal Services Authority and the Sr.Judge of the High Court of Orissa is the Executive Chairman of the Orissa Legal Services Authority.
